Billy-Jo Famlonga
Principal/Founder
With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Billy is a powerhouse when it comes to all things accounting and tax. In 2008 Billy commenced her career in a boutique accounting practice in West Perth specialising in High Net Worth individuals before branching out in 2019. She has extensive experience dealing with a range of individuals and their specific needs, specialising in complex problems.

Billy holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Tax Law and is a Fellow Member of both the Tax Institute of Australia and Institute of Public Accountants Australia, alongside being a registered Tax Agent.
Amanda Donald
Senior Accountant
Amanda is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Tax Institute with fifteen years of experience in accounting. Amanda has diverse experience in an array of accounting roles and industries, having been employed as a financial accountant in the oil and gas industry, an auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers and as a manager in other small professional services firms.
Amanda is actively involved with The Tax Institute as Chair of the Tax Institute’s WA Engagement Committee, State Councillor of the Tax Institute’s State Council of WA, 2021 Perth Local Tax Club series presenter and WA representative on the Tax Institute’s 2021 National Property Tax Intensive.

Shanraj Rai
Graduate Accountant
Shanraj recently completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance major) with a distinction in International global business. After gaining experience working in the finance department with Premier People recruitment agency, Shanraj joined Famlonga Business Services as a Graduate Accountant in 2022.
Elliot Klass
Print & Digital Coordinator
Elliot is a graphic designer that specialises in branding, digital and print advertising, page layout, website maintenance, social media content and video editing.

Leela is in charge of security at the Famlonga office. She enjoys long walks on the beach and many many pats.
Frank Keet
Accounting Consultant
Frank was educated at Aquinas College and chose Accountancy as his career path, when qualified Frank’s first appointments were in the field of Commerce, in Engineering Construction, then leading to Senior Management positions associated with major iron ore processing plants in the Pilbara then moving to major infrastructure projects in the Kimberley’s before deciding to move to Private Practice in Perth.

Frank founded the Accountancy Firm of Keet & Associates in 1972, from small beginnings the practice grew at a steady pace until 2021 when Frank decided to retire and hand the reins over to Billy-Jo.

Whilst working in the Professional capacity he had held a number of professional memberships and has continued to maintain his membership status as a fellow of the Institute Public Accountants. Frank’s personal pursuits are in blue water sailing, horticulture, apiculture, and traditional jazz.
